Guests Can Enjoy Same-day Editions of Out-of-Market Newspapers While at Sea

Vancouver, BC, Canada—NewspaperDirect, the world leader in digital delivery and local printing of same-day newspapers, announced today that Radisson Seven Seas Cruises (RSSC) will be offering NewspaperDirect's print-on-demand service across its fleet. This service, which provides passengers with their favorite same-day newspapers, is now available on the Seven Seas Voyager, the Seven Seas Mariner, and the Seven Seas Explorer.

Through NewspaperDirect's partnership with Maritime Telecommunications Network (MTN), guests on the RSSC ships can now get printed same-day editions of their favorite newspapers, including USA Today, Financial Times, The Wall Street Journal, Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung, Le Monde, The Times of India and La Stampa. "The ND service has truly become a must-have amenity in the hospitality industry. By adding our service, Radisson Seven Seas Cruises is showing its commitment to offering guests the same luxuries they would enjoy at a five-star land-based hotel or resort," said NewspaperDirect Vice President of Sales & Marketing Richard K. Miller.

"We look forward to delivering this service through our global satellite network, the leading service for the cruise industry," said MTN Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Bradford C. Briggs. "Now reading the morning news can be a part of the cruise experience and RSSC's guests can stay in touch with local, national and international news, wherever they may be."

Radisson Seven Seas Cruises offers an ultra-luxury cruise experience that also represents true value. In keeping with this philosophy, voyages feature many enhancements, services and benefits on a complimentary basis or at a minimal cost. "This year we are adding many new onboard programs and services to better serve our guests. One amenity we are really excited to introduce is NewspaperDirect's onboard print-on-demand newspaper service. Our ships have been ranked #1 in the world in Condé Nast Traveler's World's Best Readers' Choice Awards largely because of the extra services we offer," said Radisson Seven Seas Cruises Director, Strategic Marketing, Andrew Poulton.
